“Abbiamo pagato 20.58 euro x 3 persone ma la biglietteria ci ha dato dei biglietti da 16.00 euro a persona compresa prevendita , senza la porta del paradiso e non c'è stato modo per ottenere il pacchetto completo. Se hanno ragione loro 4,58 euro di commissione a persona sono un furto, se invece sono loro che non ci hanno fornito il giusto servizio comunque voi non dovreste mettere il cliente in difficoltà e comunque far pagare quello che non si è sicuri di ottenere.
