We were a family of four, including two teenagers, one too young to enjoy wine... but Elio made sure he had a "tasting" of Italian sodas, which he loved! We spent the first hour in the Tuscan Wine School and tasted three wines, a variety of cheeses and 3-4 cured meats, as well as brushetta and crostini with olive tapenade. Elio was very knowledgeable, spoke English well and had a great sense of humor. I’d recommend his tour, especially if you’re new to wine!”
