“My Mother-in-law wanted to check off a bucket list Hot Air Balloon ride. And this could not have been better. The staff took care of getting the balloon ready and packing it up after. They were professional and competent. The basket held 6 people plus the pilot. The winds were almost non-existent. The take off was smooth and the landing was a perfect, light touch down. (I have been on others which were more of a crash landing.) We saw amazing sights of Tuscany and Siena under the Tuscan sun! Definitely a bucket list moment!”
